In compliance with Article 7 of Decree 77/2005, of June 28, on the Regulation of Active Tourism Companies in Castilla-La Mancha, users are hereby informed of the possibility and right to consult all information relating to:
- Registration number with which the active tourism company NATURA INDOMITA is registered in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Establishments of Castilla-La Mancha.
- Destinations, itineraries and routes to travel.
- Measures to be taken for the preservation of the environment.
- Equipment and materials to be used if not provided by the company.
- Required knowledge, difficulties involved in practicing the activities, minimum age for practicing them, and behavior that should be followed in case of danger.
- Need to follow the instructions of the guides or instructors during the activity.
- Existence of a Civil Liability Policy and Assistance and Accident Insurance.
- Detailed information on the prices of the services offered.
- Existence of Complaint Forms.
Customers have the right to review this information in writing before carrying out the corresponding activity.
