1\u00aa. Users may request a reservation in advance by phone, email, or fax, contacting NATURA INDOMITA directly. Requests can be made by phone (926-860806), fax (926-861029), or email (contacte@naturaindomita.com<\/a>). Requested services will be deemed final after submitting the Reservation Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u00aa. If the Reservation process involves the delivery of any monetary amount as an advance payment, this amount will be reserved as the lower value of the final payment due for the full payment of the contracted services. In all cases, any advance payment must be made by bank advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3\u00aa. The user may withdraw from the services requested or contracted, and is entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, whether the total price or the deposit made on account, in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Due to duly accredited force majeure. No penalty will be applied either.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. By simple withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to cancel the reservation within 72 hours of the scheduled start time of the activity. No penalties will be applied. SEE CABINEERS’ CONDITIONS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4\u00aa Cancellation of the activity due to adverse weather conditions: The company reserves the right, in accordance with the Emergency Prevention and Response Protocols, to declare the activity suspended. In this case, the user will be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, whether the full price or the deposit made. No penalties will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5\u00aa. Cancellation Procedure in Case of Adverse Weather Conditions: For contracted outdoor activities, and in the event of rain, wind, or snow, the activity will be suspended half an hour after the scheduled start time, and in no case before. In the event of cancellation due to rain, wind, or snow, a refund will be made to clients who request it in writing, stating their name, bank account number, and the date of the activity. If it rains after the activity has begun and it has to be suspended, the refund will not be made. In all cases, the activity will be suspended at the discretion of the guide or person in charge, following the provisions of the Emergency Prevention and Response Protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6\u00aa. There are cancellation fees intended to cover the costs incurred in booking and preparing services. These cancellation fees may apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. If a reservation is cancelled within three days of the scheduled activity date, a 25% cancellation fee may be applied to the total price of the activity(ies) booked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the event that clients do not show up on the agreed date for the provision of the contracted services, they will not be entitled to any refund of any amount paid, except in the case of duly accredited force majeure or otherwise agreed between the parties. This situation may also result in the application of a 25% cancellation fee penalty on the total price of the contracted activity or activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The same procedure will be followed in the event of partial cancellation of places or a reduction in the number of contracted services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. For activities carried out within Caba\u00f1eros National Park through subcontracted services, NATURA IND\u00d3MITA is obligated to pay the price of these subcontracted activities to the concessionaire for visits to the National Park. This disbursement requires that NATURA INDOMITA request a 40% advance payment of the total amount of the activity contracted with NATURA IND\u00d3MITA from users who wish to reserve this activity. This 40% amount will be considered as a lower value of the final payment due for full satisfaction of the contracted services. However, this amount will not be refunded to users in the following cases:\n
